RETURN POLICY:

I want my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Because each piece from my inventory is made to order, I cannot accept returns, but you can exchange your purchase for anything else in inventory within 2 weeks of the original date of purchase. Please send an inquiry regarding returns or exchanges to info@acanthusjewelry.com prior to sending back merchandise. Specialty custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING:

Standard shipping is through insured (as of 12/20/2011) USPS Priority Mail, which is approximately 2-3 days delivery time. USPS Express Mail is also available, which is guaranteed 1-2 business days delivery time. If further options for expedited shipping are needed, please email prior to ordering to indicate what speed of shipping you require. International shipping can be done through USPS International Express Mail, which is the only way to get a tracking number for international shipments through USPS and is approximately 3-5 days transit time.
